Coco Peat Manufacturing Process

Natural Formation and Manufacturing of Coco Peat

Raw Material

Careful selection of mature coconut husks, sourced directly from trusted coconut plantations, ensuring the highest quality, harvested using methods that support local communities and preserve the environment

Crushing

Coconut husks are crushed to extract the coco pith and coco fiber or cut into small chips

Pith Extraction

Crushed Pith/Peat undergoes a mechanical process to separate the fiber from the pith with our cutting-edge machinery

Screening

Double sieving and meticulous screening are followed to remove any impurities, such as sand or unwanted objects

Washing

Coco peat is then washed to reduce its electrical conductivity levels, making it suitable for various agricultural uses

Drying

Coco peat-washed materials are dried in greenhouses/cement yards under sunlight

Quality Check

Conduct rigorous checks on the washed materials to ensure they meet prescribed EC (Electrical Conductivity) and pH standards or specific requirements

Compressing

Coco Peat is then compressed into Slabs, Cubes, Blocks & Grow bags based on the required product and sizes

Packing And Shipping

Final product is then packed based on the requirements and Shipped to customers, ensuring prompt delivery
